Call Accounting

I have recently installed a call accounting system. I also have a Nortel 61C PBX. I see in the CDR that the PBX is not recording the incoming calls to the CDR. I have the following on all my routes: I also have a ISDN Pri for long distance services with caller ID but still see no information. I do not have caller ID on my local trunks.
Shouldn't I see at least the incoming telephone numbers on the ISDN?

INC=yes
