We've got an option 21 that we want to add call accounting
We can get outgoing data only. We've got it on the same
tty port as we use to program, so its a problem cause we
don't get the data when we're programming. Anyone know
how we also get incoming call data output, and how to
output the data to a different tty port? Thanks

That website is pretty cool. The step that I did not see on the website is setting up CDR in your routes. This is done in LD 16.

CDR yes
INC yes (turns on cdr for incoming calls)
...

there are other CDR options after this prompt which you may turn off or on depending on what you want to view in CDR. They are in your input/output guide.
