Good afternoon. We have an Option 61c in our data center and an Option 11c in our sales office. At the present time we do not have any CDR turned on in the Option 61. The Option 11c has CDR and the info is captured on OTM, which does not give you truly robust reports.

Anyone out there have any suggestions on call accounting systems and would I be able to poll the Option 11c and have one system fot both PBX's.

Thank you. Have a great weekend !!

We are running an Opt 81c with 4 Opt 11's remotely and we use TTI's Winbill. We import our cdr data to Winbill and also our phone bills and then generate reports for auditing and reports to send to AP for remittance. Its a great product.

theirs companies out there that will dial in and download your cdr info and give you killer reports, one of the cleanest i've seen was written as an excel macro, that software has all the tools you need to handle it in house, including pricing, tod pricing, with or without profit statements... now to find someone in house that knows excel. either one of the contacts above do a great job. nortel doesn't have a real robust product line on the cdr side

Just wondering what wrong with Telecom billing? I'm new the the billing side of things so hope this isn't a stupid question. I just now installing a new telecom billing system, that is why I ask. I havn't seen any of the others except ISI Infortel, which the customer can wait to get rid of. I like to no the good and the bad of the telecom billing that way I know what I'm dealing with.

There is also an application that runs on windows called Cache Call. Not sure if it is made by the manufacturer listed above, but from what my brother in law said, it works quite well.

Try AtComm. They sell the same product CPE or as a hosted service. Neat thing about the hosted service is you can buy for a workgroup and only pay for that rather than the entire company if that is all you need. Been around a long time. The outsourced version is simple to set up and you can have a free trial
