I have Windows CAS 2.2B. The rates have not been updated in quite some time. Unfortunately, it is no longer supported and at this point the powers that be do now want to upgrade the system. Does anyone have a copy of the last rate update in the past couple of years or have any ideas how I should proceed further? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
