Call Accounting Solution fo small hotel

Hello,
I am in search of a good call accounting software for a nortel bcm 50. This software should have good reporting, allow for the checking in and out of the guest and voicemail ( clearing voicemail afer guest guest check out opening mail box after check in), ability to set minimum duration for call charging.

Any help would be appreciated.

I doubt you will find a CDR software that could do that.

BCM 50 has Hospitality feature built in but definitely can't do everything that you are asking. maybe there is some kind of 3rd party that has what your looking for.

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Yes, a 3rd party software that can get the job done would be great.
