call accounting software

Hello to all.

Can anyone recommend a cost efective call accounting software package (commercial or self written)that is able to print reports and/or graphs from SMDR data. 0x32 system approximately 60 telephones.

I have heard in the past that people have used procom plus, and were able to generate reports.

Tapit is one but if you do a search on CALL ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE you will get a number of hits.

I use PBX Call Trafficator. It is $280 and really great software. The best part about it is that the authors (while they are in Moldova), are totally responsive and have made numerous changes to accomodate almost any wish I could think of. You email them at night and have the fix the next morning, always. No waiting on hold. No inept 1st tier support.

Hundreds of reports and if you want one that they haven't thought of, just tell them what you want and you get it the next day, free.

Since my customer is not interested in least cost routing and mostly having the ability to generate all types of usage reports per Ext. this software sounds like a winner... The price is also extreemly reasonable. Thank you for the link
