Does anyone know of a really good call accounting software.

We used to have a system called Tru Systems, but can no longer find them online.

Like anyone else, we would need instant access to call accounting details. Obviously for a CS1K

The system that we have now is basically junk. really hard to get anything from, if it decides to put out anything at all.

any idea would be appreciated.

We use SDD's Jazz. Not a bad product and works on cs1k. You can use it with multiple switches via interface boxes to the server.

CS1K- Back in my Air Force Days we used NetPlus by a company at the time was called AceComm. It was pretty good for billing and also did record management and even had a switch interface. We had a product called a PolCat(sp?), that would go through an SMDI (SL100) link and spool all our records and then a server would reach in there and grab them. Might be worth asking them what they can do for a CS1000. It appears they are a company called Ventraq now, but the same people are there.

Joe Mulick was always the guy in charge of everything I did, he would be a good contact to ask questions to;

Atcomm has worked well for us. It is an online service that you basically pay per extension. You send them a list of numbers you want to monitor, they charge you that amount. So if you have a customer service group you want to monitor you give their numbers, but do not want to monitor all the courtesy phones (elevators, break rooms, etc) just dont give them those numbers. they send software to add to a computer that will collect the CDR (nothing special on the PC)and send it to them. They then format it all, give you ID's and passwords for everyone you want to have access (managers etc) and you are all set to go on the web and pull your own reports.

We use Genesis. You run their app on your own PC. It has web based and client versions and keeps our call accounting extension names updated from the CPND names in the CS1000. I think the CPND sync required another license but we use Genesis for MACs too.

Just replaced my Avotus w/ CommView.
Really happy w/ product so far.

This application has the ability to run reports both internally and remotely and some good customization.

Mainly, I like their tech support (they're here in the good ole US of A)
