Hello all,

My organization is looking for a new call accounting system and was wondering if any of you have experience with MTS TEM (formerly Anchorpoint).

I pushed for microcall but I think its more than they want to pay.

We have Avaya CM 5 with Modular Messaging 3.1. with about 2000 extensions.
