Call Accounting Software Package for NEC 48/192

I am a newbie looking for advice on what's the best "budget-minded" call accounting software out there for the NEC 48/192 system.

I am looking after our system with 3 tenants, and we are sharing a PRI with Long Distance charges being carried by the PRI provider.

I need a package that would essentially keep track of the LD usage per station, per month, so that we can effectively disburse the charges back to the appropriate people.

Since I am new to this, I don't know what other features to look for in a call accounting software, and/or what's available out there.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

The best call accounting software is ActiveTelemanagment or TAPIT.Either one is good with account codes.

The solution that NEC sells, and is tailored for the Elite is Elite CallAnalyst. The lite version will cost around $500 from your dealer, and has most of the basic reports people like to run.
