Call Accounting Software for Partner System

I have a customer interseted in tracking his outgoing calls. Total number of calls per extension per day, the duration of each call, and whether or not call was actually connected to an outbound individual.
Any suggestions?
I would probably be connecting to an ACS 308

You'll need a PC with a serial port, a 355-A adapter, patch cord, and DB-25 to DB-9 adapter.

You could also try Proteus call accounting. We reused our some of the hardware that we already had to get up and running and that made the total cost of the solution next to nothing.
