Hi there,

Just a question, is Ring Central call accounting software compatible with Avaya IP office?

Thanks

Don't know. Checking the website it seems like it's their own hosted pbx.

If you want to know if someones software is compatible then you should ask them.

Hey Travis,

I've never seen that software before. Does it run on the VM server or does it need it's own virtual instance?

It will need it's own instance, but it's very small.

Spin up a small CentOS Distro and install splunkbase.

Once Splunkbase is installed, log into it and search for Avaya Call.
Install it. There is some very light configuration to do on it. It's well documented.

On the IP Office, go to System, SMDR, and point it to your Splunkbase server IP.

Should not take more thank 30 minutes to setup.
