Call accounting on the Partner

You should visit the Avaya DeveloperConnection website to determine which products have been tested on Avaya gear. I recall that Avaya has eCAS (from Veramark) that is a bit pricy but now there are a number of partner products from respected vendors (i.e. RSI Shadow CMS, Metropolis and others).
I would do some research on Avaya Compliant solutions before you settle on a product that may not be supported.
