The power supply in the old, slow PC that had my call accounting program on fried. Since I wanted to upgrade it anyway I put the Hard drive in a newer PC. Everything actually seemed to come up OK. Except only two of six locations are connected. The four say "port not open".
Everything in device manager looks normal, no conflicts no driver issues. The rocket port shows the com ports going from 3 & 4 to 13 through 127. 5-8 are not options. I am pretty sure that is the problem. But how do I get those com ports back?
