call accounting/caller id for POTS line

Does anyone know of any software that can be used on a regular analog telephone line that doesn't go through a phone switch to gather such information as incoming phone number, outgoing dialed number, number of incoming calls, number of outgoing calls, length of calls?

We have a very small office that simply has an analog line installed that hunts to a second analog line (via sbc)if the first is busy. We have no way of tracking the call traffic coming in or out of that number because it isn't a toll-free number.

Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
