Calibration between Monitor / Printer

Hi,

We've just got an Olivetti MPF450 Laser printer and use HP LCD Monitors.

I now have an issue where I need to calibrate both!

As I have no knowledge of this what is best? Call someone in or buy a Spyder/Huey Pro?

Also, do I need to be looking and implementing an ICC/ICM profile with the printer drivers? We use PS mainly but sometimes need to use PCL6 if a job crashes!
