calibrate micros workstation

Hi everyone, I've trouble calibrating my workstation, it's a ws4lx(yes, is an old one), the 'elo' utility is not working at all (doesn't calibrate right), so using a mouse I try but again no success,

Anybody knows another way, any tip is fine

DO you have any feedback on the screen when it is touched? Does it follow your finger when you touch it and drag it around?

Hi hosehead, yes 1st touch move to the down corner 2nd up and 3th the cursor disapears, so I move the mouse to find the cursor but the calíbrate still doesn't work

You can't use the mouse correctly to calibrate the screen. You need to press it with your finger (or Pencil eraser works well). When calibrating it, you shouldn't be dragging your finger around, 1st spot Press and hold as directed, 2nd spot Press and hold as directed, same with the 3rd.

hosehead I know that I can't use the mouse to calibrate the screen, I did that (use the mouse) because when calibrating I don't know why the cursor desapers, I'll take care to Press and Hold as directed
