Calender times in outlook via citrix 8 hours ahead

Have a user who synched his psion to his exchange account and then noticed when he views his email through outlook via citrix(win2k terminal servers) all his calender times are 8 hours ahead. He can check his email from the local outlook and all his calender times are the right time.

This is from the same workstation and at the same time. Is this a citrix problem or a outlook problem.He is using outlook 2000.

I have checked the times on this users local workstation, the exchange server and the terminal servers that he connects to. No one else is having this problem.
