We are running Goldmine 5.7. The only features we use are the calendar (so we can see you is here and if they are not, where they are in the field) and contacts. There are six users and me (the admin). We share contacts, with the main set of contacts belonging to me and the rest of the contacts set up by the individuals with their ownership and curtaining. Now I would like to set up the calendar so there is only 1 calendar period. A company master, that all can see. We are not salespeople so we don't care so much about appointments and things, but we want to be able to look at a "company" calendar that shows who is out and where they are at and any given time. If someone needs to put a personal item on the calendar they can set the appointment and make it private. My end result would be one calendar so the computer will assign colors to each employee and we don't have to remember who is what color on the company calendar.

I hope this is not too confusing. Have a wonderful day. JL

Then everytime I go into the calendar, I have to select "multiple users," right click on the calendar and select all the employees, and then it assigns a color. But if I leave the calendar and come back, I have to do the above steps again. Is this the only option or am I misunderstanding you? Thanks for the help. JL
