I have a user that every time he add a meeting to his calendar it complains that there is a conflict. He then click save anyways and is able to schedule the meeting.Yet if you look at the day prior there are no meetings scheduled on that day the day is totaly empty. I have refresh design but that did not help. Anyone have a clue why?

Click Tools - Preferences.
Click on the Calendar tab.
Click on the Free Time tab.
Make sure there are office hours activated for calendar scheduling.
