I have a proublem with the calendar items are disappearing. This problem has happen before I was not the person who resolve it before I can not get a hold him and I will not be able to. I am currently check microsoft knowledge base right I posted about 10:00 Aug28. Any help would aprecaited. Thanks in advaced

Could you give an example please? Is it someones view of someone elses calendar (private email delegate rights), or is it old calendar entries (getting archived), or looking more than 2 months ahead in a resources' calendar (free/busy information)?

I can not think of a good example I will tell you what I was told. I was told that it was there one day and the next day it was gone the days where for later this week and the beginning of next week I wish i could give you better information and microsoft knowledge bas has not been much help. The exchange server is Exchange 2000.

I am not familiar with Exchange2000, but I would wait until the next time it happens, and then open their mailbox (assuming you have admin rights) and see what you can see. Or visit the user and see what they're doing (sometimes problems mysteriously fix themselves when you have a look over the users shoulder), there may be a filter or view that they sometimes use.
