Calendar view problem & database question

I'm trying to change the default view on my calendar page to calendar.htm from allevents.htm.... I right clicked on teh folder in FP 2002, went to supporting files, default view and the file I want (calendar.htm) which does exist...doesn't show? Any Ideas?

I want to clean up some old data out of calendar..but having a hard time finding where that data base is or where I get to that info at? I assume you have to use access to change it but can't seem to find it!?
