If you use Mac, there is a free goodie at adobe.com in the Expert Studio section.
InDesign imports Quark and PageMaker files. You can easily find templates for these programs on the net. Try looking at about.com's 'desktop publishing' section for templates.
You can also create calendar tables in Microsoft Excel and import/place into InDesign.
