I know there is a way to have a company wide calendar, but I don't know how to do it or what I need to do it. If anyone has done this and can let me know if I need a Personal Web Server or what I need I would appreciate it greatly. As for our current setup, I have about 60 users, and we do not host our own web page or email. We also do not have a company intra-web page either. Thanks for any information.

Did you ever receive any information back on this? I am looking for the same information. If you could share whatever you learned, it would be greatly appreciated :0)
Thanks

Using Exchange server will give you a Calander that everyone can access and change, and have permissions to etc.
It would be the best option for what you want I think...

There are also a couple of web based applications you can use like an intranet...... Jay~

If you are using Outlook 2000 you can set up a shared calendar. You first must install "net folders" in the Outlook setup. See this article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

OL2000: How to Use Net Folders (Q195867)

We are using it for a shared calendar and it works very well.
