Was wondering if anyone knew of a good calendar/appointment setting script that would allow admin to go in and set appointments for diffrent users and each user would be able to log in and view their calendar with all of their appointments already set(php or otherwise). I have been scouring the web I have came across a few like "Project-Based Calendaring System" seemed like it would work well but getting errors during installation then I came across vistapro and upon download the gz files were corrupted so I am still looking. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

There are many free tools similar to what you're asking for out there, although you will probably find that the solution won't fit your needs perfectly.
The best source for stuff like this which lists all the major Open Source projects and allow you to download. In most cases there is a link to the project homepage with an online demo so you can try before you use your time configuring.
The best Groupware software I have see is eGroupWare. Calendar, Project Planner, Forum and Messenger. The Demo is very slow, but you can Check it out here: Demo is on the left.
