I have successfully (thanks LBass!) created a monthly schedule calendar (using thread149-1475890 ) for each of the departments in my organization and it is working quite well. Currently managers enter the {?basedate} as dd/mm/yyyy and the calendar will display scheduled hours for all the days of the month & year of the {?basedate}.

However i have now been asked to allow managers to enter a date range for the schedule period (ie: June 10, 2010 thru Aug 10, 2010 or June 28,2010 thru July 12,2010).

I am loath to alter a functioning report without a clear end in sight, and I can't seem to wrap my mind around how to accomplish this without recreating the report with an unmanagable # of 'day' formulas (ie: 365 instead of 31 ??) and am not confident that this would work.

Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

The dynamic calendar only works for one month at a time, but you could set up the calendar based on my original approach, which uses an Excel spreadsheet to create the grid. You could set this up as an annual calendar using
thread149-703505 or refer to the article
