I have a calendar with a combo box functionality that allows a user to select a person from the combo box and their jobs will appear on the calendar. I'm fairly new to creating reports but I'd like to be able to print a specific persons jobs for the month. Here's what I'd like to happen step by step.

1. User opens calendar and selects a name from combobox.
2. All jobs for that person is displayed on the calendar.
3. User clicks on Print button and the selected person's calendar is printed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Thanks Duane. I'm looking for how I should code the button to run the report. I need it to pull pretty much a snapshot of whatever's shown on the calendar.

Brlee1crv,
Are you asking how to limit a report to a specific group of records? Do you know how to use a value in a control on a form to limit recors in a report?
