Calendar Reminders.

Well,
If you are using Outlook then:
FILE > NEW > TASK
select the reminder check box, select when you want the reminder to start and finish. Then select if you want to assign this task yourself.
If it aint outlook, then choose:
POST-IT NOTE > ON MONITOR
