Would you mind telling what datepicker that is, where its from?
This doesn't look like the Common Controls DatePOicker OLE class.

Bye, Olaf.

Where did you get that from, this is no native VFP class, this is, as can be seen a class based on the native control class.
There is no chance telling you what's wrong without having insight into the code.

Bye, Olaf.

So far I do not understand what is wrong with using this object in the form!
OK.In any case, is there From where can I find Foxpro calendar Class specifically.

Ameedoo,

The class is to be downloaded inclusive working example forms. Please check.

Regards,

Koen

Koen,

true, it visually looks like that. The comment on that page says it all, the code has a problem with read events. I think I commented this earlier, too. The code does not work as provided, if your code already has a read events, as you can't have two read events.

Bye, Olaf.

Dear Koen: I already used this example in my project and had this problem.

Dear Olaf: Does this mean that there is no solution to this problem or that there is an amendment to some of the codes

The amendment of the code is the job of Craig S. Boyd, but as far as I see his site is just an archive and he has no time to get active on this.

The best alternative is using any other calender control. If w2e begin to amend the code, the next user of the download will simply have the same problem again.

You may give it a try to look for READ EVENTS and CLEAR EVENTS within the whole classlib and eleminate these commands. I asssume a problematic case then will be the missing reaction to the drop down getting removed, when you choose to cancel and not select any date, but click anywhere outside of the dropdown. That is behavior, which also needs to work.

There are samples using MS OLE DateTimePicker control:
Bye, Olaf.

Mr. Ameedoo,

Are you willing to publish here a zip file of the form files, the class you use and sample data for us to reconstruct your experience?

Bye Koen

Thank you very much Mr. Olaf and Mr. Koen. He apologized for the delay in responding to the emergency.
I used the example in the previous link and the problem was solved.
Many thanks and appreciation for you.
Greetings
Ahmed
