I need for an Access Volunteer Database Application (keeps track of Volunteer schedules for a non-profit) to output a Calendar-Like Report. I am aware that many past posts on this Forum refer to examples of such a Report on Duane Hookom's "Hooked On Access" Website, but that Website no longer seems to exist. Can anyone tell me another source, where I might learn how to produce a Calendar-Like Access Report?

Thanks,

Ron

Hi Duane,

I'm really glad to hear that your Site has not REALLY gone away. I'll look forward to hearing how to read about "Access Reports as Calendars" info., once you figure out what is going on.

Thanks,

Ron

Duane,

Thanks a lot for getting your Website back on-line and for letting me know. I'm heading there now to learn, learn, learn!

Thanks again,

Ron

Hi Duane,

I have visited your "Hooked On Access" site and have downloaded CalendarReports.mdb. It would help me a lot to understand what you have done and why in that database, if there were some sort of written explanation of how the database is constructed. Does that exist anyplace that I could get to? Or perhaps I would need to get the "Access Solutions" book to get such an explanation?

Thanks again,

Ron

There are several reports in the sample. Take a look at how they are set up and any code. If you have questions, post them back here. The book provides a detailed description on a couple of the reports. There are also lots of other great tips in the book.
