Calendar issues Micros V4.5 RES 4.0 Build 4.5.7.1983

Hello Fellas,

Been awhile since my last post and you guys were very helpful. I know this is a very old system but it suits the needs of this non profit for now. Any reasonable upgrade suggestions are also welcome. Its running on XP obviously.

Here is the issue.

We cannot run any 2021 reports each time we try it reverts on the Calendar to 2020. Up arrow doesn't work either. I have tried all I know to try. All patches I have seen are all for newer versions of RES. No one will call back as usual and they want us to buy a new system of course.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, need to fix ASAP before payroll reports have to be completed..

You need to update to one of the RES 5.0 builds.
5.4.6+
5.5.7+
5.7.5+

Don't use 5.6.x it's borked.
This has been a known issue for a long time.
It pays to keep up on your updates. Also get a new OS asap.
If you update to 5.5 or 5.7 you can use Windows 10.
