calendar is blank when printing another user's calendar

hi everybody,

a user here has access to many user's calendars. she printed those calendars every morning but when she tried to print one today it just printed a blank calendar. when she prints other users calendars it's fine but not this particular user. any ideas why? we are using GW 6 on Win2k.

any advice would help.

Try removing the name of the person whose calendar doesn't print from the Proxy Access list. Then re-add him/her. Try printing the calendar again and see if it works this time.

but i found the problem a while ago, forgot to tell you guys. the problem was in the print option, so simple we didnt even think of it. somehow one of the options was set to "print selected folder only", after changing it back "all" we were all set.
