Calendar in OWA

We have a situation in which a few user's calendars don't sync properly with OWA. This only happens with a recurring event in which one instance is changed. It shows up correctly in Outlook but never updates in OWA.

Another issue that may be related is that we have a Treo user (windows mobile 5 loaded) that has the same issue even though her OWA calendar updates correctly.

Has anybody else seen this?

Time zone is correct but it can't be the problem anyway. If it were it would be affect all OWA users. This is a problem with just a few.

No - that's not true. Each user can set a time zone setting for themselves. It affects them and ONLY them.

Sniper,

I misunderstood what you meant, I thought you were talking about the setting on the OWA server. I haven't checked the time zone for affected each user so I'll do that when I have a chance. I could see how this might affect them if I was seeing things out of sync by an hour but what I'm seeing is no updates whatsoever.
