Hello,
We need help.
Scenario: A user's computer with Win NT 4.0 took a dump so we had to reformat and reinstall Win NT. The very first time we tried to hook it back to the Network, we got the problem described in MS KB Q249828 and we were able to resolve it. Then we have problem connecting her to the Exchange server. So what we did was deleted her account from the WIN2K Server and added it back again to the AD. We did the same thing to the Exchange server-- deleted account and added back. She lost her old emails and stuff but it was no big deal. Now the problem is, everytime she tries to open her mail, it comes up with an Error "Exchange Server Unavailable" and after retrying, she gets connected. They have a public calendar in the Exchange server but now it comes up all wrong -- the events are in the wrong dates! She's accessing a public folder, everybody else's seem to work fine. It's just this particular computer that is exhibiting this problem.
PLEASE HELP.
Thanks.
