Calendar - Delegation View is Blank

I have a user that has a calendar full of entries. He has setup 5 or 6 users in the delegation area in Preferences to access his calendar. All of the delegation addresses are correct. All of the users get a blank calendar when trying to access this person's information.
I added my name to the list, and get a blank calendar, wher there should be many entries.

One thing that I discovered testing the calendar access is that you need to put the user's name in both the Calendar Delegation Tab AND the Mail Delegation Tab in order for anyone to see your Calendar information. If you only put a name in the Calendar Delegation Tab, then that person can display the calendar, BUT it does not show any information. Very strange.
Problem is with a person's name in the Mail Delegation Tab, that person can also see your Inbox, and To Do List.
How do you setup up the preferences to only allow someone to view your Calendar?

Another thing I checked is if the user had marked his entries private, he did not.
