CALENDAR CONTROL AND OCX PROBLEM

I am using XP Pro with Excel 2002. I have just downloaded Calendar Control 10.0 and when I try to use it, Excel shuts down with messaage "Severe problem encountered", the details refer to dodgy ocx file.
Any ideas on how I can fix this please?
