Calendar control 10 and Access 2002 1

I put together a form in Access 2000 using the calendar control 9. When I tried to run the form in Access 2002, it caused a grievous error. I gather through a quick search on-line that calendar control 10 is the version for Access 2002, so my question is - can I get version 10 without upgrading to 2002?
