Calendar colors not sticking...

Hi there,

I'm new to using Lotus Notes and don't have a good understanding of it yet. We are using version 6.5.1. The issue is, I have a user that's having a problem with their calendar. This is what they've asked: "Why does the calendar colors revert to the default settings periodically? I think it's about once a week. I'll try to watch to see if there's a particular pattern to when it happens. It just happened within the past hour or so."
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any help/insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

Is that user the only one accessing his mailbox, or did he delegate acces to someone else (or does anyone else have ACL access) ?

Second thought : does that user always access his mail from the same PC ?

I am having the same problem in 6.0.3.
I do access from several PC's and have delegated
access to my calendar and mail to other users.

You must ensure that you have the same settings on all PCs from which you access you mail. If one reverts to normal, when you access from that one, the settings will change.
You should also enquire among your delegation pool if anyone changed the settings. I don't actually know if a delegatee (?) can change your calendar settings, but it seems that anyone can go and view it by day/week/month if they wish.
Potentially, this is not something that you have any amount of control over. It's a lot more simple when there is one PC and one client accessing the mail file.
