calendar appointment attendees missing after 5.5/2003 migration

After migrating a user from an exchange 5.5 server to exchange 2003 enterprise server, attendees for all meetings scheduled by a particular user are missing.

Users who recieved the meeting request can still see the other attendees.

Meetings scheduled by others and accepted by the user in question still show attendees.
