I am trying to extract serial number from fields.
I have 4 separate Fm files on a stock inventory FM file , serial numbers are entered and I have a field with Radio buttons checked in and out.
when a order is printed I want the serails numbers which are placed on another FM file to be extracted and the status changed to be checked out on the stock inventory FM file


Also i want to a query on every month of how many deliveries have been made using the date as a calculation
using FM 8.5

For your first item:

After printing, catch the needed values in a $variableand direct them to the desired place.
Put it a script that is called from the print script.

Item 2.Don't know/understand what you want to calculate.
