calculation of total hours

I have 2 groups, group1 and group 2. My database data is in this way,

emp group1 group2 hours date
e1 g1_0 g2_0 5 2010-06-01
e1 g1_0 g2_0 4 2010-06-01
e2 g1_1 g2_1 6 2010-06-05
e3 g1_2 g2_1 7 2010-02-04
e4 g1_0 g2_0 5 2010-06-01

I want the report as

Name 2010-06-01 2010-06-02 2010-06-03 2010-06-04 2010-06-05
g1_0 : g2_0

e1 9 0 0 0 0
e4 5 0 0 0 0

g1_1 : g2_1
e2 0 0 0 0 6

g1_2 : g2_1
e3 0 0 0 7 0


Now i created the manual crosstab report as,
1) created two groups using group expert g1,g2
2) Placed 'name','2010-06-01','2010-06-02','2010-06-03','2010-06-04','2010-06-05' text objects on the page header
3)in g2 header section i placed the 'emp' field and 5 formula field for the 5 date text objects and wrote formula for all the hours field as

if {Record.Record Date}='6/01/2010' then
{Record.Duration}
else
now ia m getting the report as,

Name 2010-06-01 2010-06-02 2010-06-03 2010-06-04 2010-06-05
g1_0 : g2_0

e4 5 0 0 0 0

g1_1 : g2_1

Can anyone please help me out?
