Calculation Help

Hi. I have a report that has the field name Carrier and a field called Premium. There are several Carriers all with different Premiums. I want to create a calculation where it gives the percent difference between all Carriers compared to a specific Carrier.

I want to use FedEx as the Carrier to compare all other carriers to: So take UPSPrem minus FedExPrem/FedExPrem = differential percentage. Same for DHL, compare it to FedEx.


EX:
Carrier Premium Differential
FedEX 100
UPS 200
DHL 300
Can anyone help with a formula either in a report or a query? thanks a lot.
