Calculating working Days

ok, little bit of a strange one. each part we have to order has a date required and a set number

eg

part date req leadtime (number)

123 20/10/2008 20

they want me to work out number of working days before the date using the number, in this case it would be 20 working days before the 20/10/2008 which would display: 22/09/2008

any ideas?

thanks but i'm not trying to work out WD between two dates, i'm give one date and a number (of working days) and have to work out the other date.
