Has anyone broken the code to calculating time worked within a specified timeframe (ie 7am-7pm) excluding weekends and holidays?

I have seen a number of referneces to calculating days worked, but I need to get it down to hours and minutes worked within that timeframe excluding weekends and holidays.

Thank You In Advance for your help,

If you can implement the "Days" formula you are most of the way there.

You would then simply have to write formulas to:
Multiply the days result by 12 to get hours.
Adjust the time of the first day.
Adjust the time of the last day.
