Calculating Time Difference with Time Only Fields

I need to calculate the time difference between two fields that are time only. Using the DateDiff returns an error that they must be date/time fields.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
It is not necessary to use DateDiff. Subtract 1 time from the other and the result is the number of seconds between the 2 times.
