Hey all,

I have been looking for an example/description/hint/code etc etc for a bit of script which will record and display the amount of time it takes to return a query.

I want to include a tiny bit of script within my search pages which will return a value (in sec's) of how long the search took or how long the page took to load. Just like the google one.

Ideally I'd like the results to be included on some of my pages, however, I'm open to alternative suggestions. If it can be done without the use of JavaScript, even better.

If anyone knows of a tutorial on this, or can offer me any advice/hints/tips/examples I would be very gratful.

TIA
