I'm told that if you are very clever and know how there is a way of calculating the OSL codes for a system.
One of our sister sites has an OSL which allows them in but they can't do any changes with it i.e. STAC's, SCS's RTS's.
I was wondering if anyone could help me work out what a 'working' osl should be based on the one I've got for it. For my own system my OSL starts with 14 (I think that's something to do with the access level) so I'd be looking to calculate similar for theirs. There maintainers are charging them £150 for every change (sending someone to site rather than using a modem to dial in) which is outrageous. If I knew the correct OSL I'd do it for.....well probably free but certainly less than £150 !
**One day, I will find a question that no one else has answered........and will also know the answer to it ! **
