I have a tax table with our normal taxes or 8.75% and 8.625%. The 8.75% calculated fine, but the 8.625% leaves off the "5" when calculating. My formula simply is [price]*[tax]+price. It is simple and works fine but I cannot get the 3rd decimal spot to be recognized.
Frustrated but hopeful. Rob

Hi

are you doing the calculation in a form, if so what are the decimal place settings on the text field in the form

It is set to auto. I did try changing it to 3, 4 and 5 but that didn't change it?

I've tried changing it in the table and also changing the type to text, then currency and the most I get is 8.62000! It leaves that 5 off. Thanks for responding - If there is a way to change the roundoff or something else I am missing feel free to let me know.
God Bless on this tragic anniversary of 9-11.

Hi again,

Yeah I am from England and we support you guys whole heartedly.
Right well this is wierd dude, but I just tried this and in the table, set the filed size to double and the format to general number with three decimal places.

Cheers mate

I am going to try a brand new file and table like that. Thanks -
