Calculating Records in Forms!!!!

Hi,
I have a question with setting up my form. I have a form called Balance_Form which is based on the balanced query. The fields in the query are: Check, Bills, Amount, Current_Balance, New_Balance. In the Balance_Form, after I go to the form and put in the check number the name of the bill, and the amount of the check, I have subtracted the amount of the check from the current balance and put the difference into the new balance. What I would like to do is when I go to the next check which is on the next record, I want to place the new balance amount from the previous check into the current balance.

First of all

R u storing the new balance into a field or updating the existing balance. If u r updating the existing balance then the new balance will come as existing balance in the next record.

R u working on columnar or contonous form? Specifical give me ur req
