I have a report where I use a formula to add up my details to give a grouped total which works fine. However while I can ignore zeros in the group total(by select), they are still deducted from the grand total how do i overcome this?

Do a count using a Running Total. Right-click on a field and choose Insert to get a choice of Running Total, Summary and Grand Total.. Or else use the Field Explorer, the icon that is a grid-like box.

Running totals can be given a formula test - do not count zero, or only count positive, whatever suits you.

It helps to give your Crystal version, since newer versions have extra options, and some extra problems. I use Crystal 8.5.
