I am trying to calculate how many business hours have elasped from a certain date and time(arrival Time) . My business hours are Monday-Friday from 7AM-6PM. If someone issues a service request , I have 8 business hours to complete. If a call comes in at 4:00pm I add 2 hours till 6:00 PM, then I stop the clock, and start adding time at 7:00 the next day (if it is not a weekend)so in this situation the "time to complete would be 1:00 PM on the next business day.......i am trying to calclate this time. Any ideas ?
